Appointments
All consultations require a pre-booked appointment. This appointment can be made by phone, text or email.
You will receive reminders of your appointment time – a text on initial booking, an email 2 days prior then another text the day before your appointment.
Cancellations
In consideration for other patients on our waiting list, a minimum of 24 hours notice (normal business days) of cancellation or change of appointment needs to be given or or a cancellation fee will apply. It is requested that you provide as much notice as possible in order to minimise the work involved in reallocation and rescheduling.
